Elbow cold forming machines are designed to produce a carbon and stainless steel steeply curved (90 degrees) elbows ranging from 25 mm up to 530 mm and with pipe wall thickness up to 40 mm, in accordance with DIN 2605 requirements. The process goes on by using a cold deformation technology which point is that a workpiece is being pushed through a tunnel fitting and can be automated. In our elbow cold forming machines we use high resistant fitting which makes it possible to manufacture up to 100 000 finished pieces and also has great maintenance ability. All elbow cold forming equipment we supply is made of superior quality raw materials and is eco-friendly because of furnace heating usage refusal.
Our equipment will also make it possible to manufacture non-standard elbows (with non-DIN size, wall thickness and bending radius) if you purchase an appropriate tool kit.
These elbow cold forming machines have a divided-type parallel elbow producing option which helps to significantly increase their productivity. It is also possible to manufacture a machine complex meeting your personal performance requirements and specifications.
Standard equipment supply can also be supplemented with a bandsaw for cutting pipe workpieces and an elbow beveling machine.
We offer a full range of elbow manufacturing equipment which is necessary for a complete production cycle.
Elbow cold forming technology advantages:
— Ability to manufacture elbows having thin and thick pipe walls and made of steel which is hard to be used with hornlike mandrel hot forming technology;
— Minimum penalty percentage;
— The exact geometric dimensions;
— High performance (deformation and calibration operations are combined);
— NO energy needed for heating.
Additional equipment capabilities:
— Junction production;
— Blind flange production;
Special technological moulds needed.
Please note:
Energy-saving technologies implementation is one of the company’s development priorities. Therefore, all our basic technical resources are directed to cold forming technologies development.
