In 1990, our factory started manufacturing the elbow hot fullering machines. Since then they are permanently being improved and upgraded from year to year. Today, all our serially produced models of elbow hot fullering machines have joined together all advanced technological achievements in the metal working process’ field.
Elbow hot fullering machines are designed to produce a carbon and stainless steel steeply curved (from 90 to 180 degrees) elbows up to the DIN 2605 requirements. The process goes on by using a hornlike mandrel hot fullering technology.
Our equipment will also make it possible to manufacture non-standard elbows (with non-DIN size, wall thickness and bending radius) if you have an appropriate tool kit. Elbow hot fullering machines we produce have a divided-type parallel elbow producing option which helps to increase their productivity.
The advantages of elbow hot forming fullering machine:
— Large-diameter elbow manufacturing possibility;
— Low quality pipe usage acceptable;
— No products’ post-processing heat treatment necessary.
An add-on equipment supply includes a bandsaw for cutting pipe workpieces and an elbow beveling machine.
Complete equipment:
— Horizontal fuller press;
— Vertical or horizontal elbow calibration press (optional);
— Carcass brick-lined heating furnance (optional);
— Elbow hot fullering hornlike mandrels;
— Moulds calibration for elbow hot fullering post-processing geometry flattening;
Light oil products and natural or bottled gas can be used to heat the workpiece during the fullering process. Inductive heating can also be applied.
Specifications may vary slightly. The cost depends on technological equipment package and equipments’ model.

Please note:
Products’ marking and identification systems (elbows, reducers, tees, etc.) can be included to an additional distribution kit.
